Comment: have we reached the limits of what Generative AI can do in writing? It seems much of the text LLMs generate is, at times, questionable. And sometimes rewrites are needed for parts of, if not all AI generated text. But still these are useful tools. It appears this newspaper wanted to use AI to replace writers, and didn’t view it properly — as a labour saving tool.
