I was working on Wall Street when PCs were first introduced, the productivity difference between staff who embraced and used technology such as Office and those who lagged was profound. It won’t be any different for AI, and several times I’ve said in five years we’ll see this competence cited on job descriptions, just as we now see The Office Suite.
